User Unable to Login Issues
Issue
User is unable to log in to the system.
Resolution Steps:
Step 1: Verify User Existence
To resolve the issue, first, ensure that the user account exists in the system. To do this:
- Log in as an administrator.

👉 Go to Web Admin → Manage → Users
- Search for the username in question.
- Confirm that the user account is listed and active.
Step 2: Validate Password Entry
Next, verify that the password entered by the user is correct. Ensure that:
- The password is entered correctly, paying attention to case sensitivity and special characters.
- The user has not forgotten their password or is using an outdated password.
Step 3: Confirm Context Assignments
Finally, check if the user has been assigned the necessary contexts to access the system. To do this:
- Log in as an administrator.

👉 Go to Web Admin → Manage → Users
- Locate the user account.
- Click the Action button next to the username and select Edit.
- In the user edit page, verify that the Allowed Contexts are correctly assigned to the user.
