The dotuser ID

Trisul IPDR creates a special user called dotuser automatically. Compliance agents use this login to submit IPDR queries and download the results.

The dotuser​

When you log in as dotuser, Trisul opens the IPDR Dashboard. From there you can submit queries and view their results.

The default password for dotuser is ipdr@@123.

Change password for dotuser on first login

You are strongly urged to immediately change the default password of the special user named 'dotuser' on first login.
