About Trisul Installation

Trisul is a distributed monitoring system with a number of trisul-probe instances all reporting back to one or more trisul-hub. We first explain how you can install all components on a single box and then slowly expand to explore distributed installation.

Official Trisul package files (RPM and DEB) for Linux-based operating systems are signed with a GnuPG key available at https://trisul.org/pubkey.gpg

After installing on the server you need to select the product mode as the first step.

📄️ Upgrading Trisul

An upgrade is simply an uninstall followed by a new install.

Trisul packages can be uninstalled like any other linux package.

The following ports are required to be open for the default install of Trisul
